Download Jet Analytics 20.10 to Prepare for Upgrade
End of support: Support for Jet Analytics 20.10 will end in February 2027. It has been replaced by Jet Analytics Data Integration and Jet Analytics Classic. See Important information regarding Jet Analytics 20.10, Jet Analytics Data Integration, and Jet Analytics Classic for more information.
Jet Analytics 20.10 has been succeeded by two products:
- Jet Analytics Classic — released March 2026 as a direct continuation of 20.10, focused on on-premises solutions based on Microsoft SQL Server.
- Jet Analytics Data Integration — built for cloud-based infrastructure including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, and Snowflake.
Download the new applications from the Jet Analytics support site. Contact Product Support for more information.
CData data source providers: As part of the transition, Jet Analytics Enhanced data source providers are now the first-party solution for connecting to data. CData data source providers have moved to a paid model effective 6 March 2026. To avoid the fee, migrate to the Jet Analytics Enhanced data source providers.

Prerequisites and installation
Important: upgrading to version 20.10.53 or later
ODX Server version 20.10.53 and later removes the local backlog component of the application metadata repository. An upgrade to 20.10.53 or later cannot be rolled back.
Before upgrading, ensure the local backlog is fully synchronised with the cloud-based repository. If it is not synchronised, progress saved in the ODX could be lost.
Follow these steps for each ODX Service Project and each ODX Service before upgrading:
- Open the Jet Analytics client, right-click the ODX Service, and select Shut down ODX Service.
- Check the Last synchronisation timestamp at the bottom of the window:
- If the timestamp matches the last time a change was made to the solution, the repository is in sync — no further action is required.
- If the timestamp appears to be out of date, force a synchronisation by making a minor change (such as adding a dummy task or editing a data source), then wait a few minutes and check the timestamp again.
- Check the Windows Event Viewer for error messages to confirm there are no synchronisation issues.
- Once confirmed as synchronised, shut down the ODX Service. The upgrade can then proceed.
If you encounter issues, contact Product Support and include your Portal ID from the Jet Analytics Portal (Admin > Basic Info).

If you need a client secret for the ODX and do not have access to the Jet Analytics Portal, contact Product Support and include your Jet Analytics licence code.
